The Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 is a affordable city car that offers fair value for an entry level car. Once the most popular car in India lost its shine as consumers started exploring larger and more expensive SUVs. Alto is known for its  cheap maintenance cost and benefits from the widespread after-sales network of Maruti Suzuki.

The Maruti Suzuki S-Presso is Suzuki's attempt at making a affordable hatchback that looks like an SUV. The car is based on Alto and loses out on the appeal of a small car. The styling does not work with the proportions and feels unstable when driving around. The car also misses out standard safety kit like 6-airbags that come as standard in Alto. The S-Presso is only for those people who need a car their car to have more ground clearance at at the entry segment.

Maruti Suzuki Celerio is a compact hatchback that sits above Alto K10 and in line with Wagon-R. The Celerio though is a complete car does not really offer any more than that the Alto does. It feels more cramped than the Wagon-R on the inside and carries over the power train choices from the Alto and S-Presso. We could suggest going to Wagon-R or save more money and getting the Alto K10 instead.

The Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R is a well rounded car that has proven its reliability over the decades. Wagon-R offers exception sense of space for a car of its size. It is one of the best city cars in the market. The only real drawback with the Wagon-R is the ability to seat 3 people in the 2nd row. It is a narrow car and you can really notice that when seated in the back.

Maruti Suzuki Swift is a all rounded compact hatchback that is well specked. However when compared with rivals like the Tata Tiago and Hyundai grand i10 it is not as well equipped.  The swift continues to attract consumers who want a hassle free ownership experience. With the generational update, the swift has lost some of its performance and bumped up in price by a bit.

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire is a great pick in the sub-4m sedan space. It offers a very good package. Unlike the previous iterations of the Dzire, the latest generation is differentiated from the Swift which it is based on with a new front face. It also is very generously equipped with features. The only real drawback for the Dzire is that its commercial appeal might not be to everyone's liking..

Maruti Suzuki's Eeco is a one of a kind offering in the Indian market. It is an important car to connect rural India to the cities and town. It is used across the country as a ambulance, taxi, cargo van and many more. Though it is a bad vehicle dynamically, it serves its purpose well and sells in good numbers though it has not really been updates since its launch in 2010.

The Ertiga is a very successful product in the portfolio of Maruti Suzuki. It is a star of its segment and is the best selling MPV in India. Ertiga is an very all rounded family car offering lots of space at a relatively small footprint. Ertiga pulls in customers by offering a 7 seat car at the price of a 5 seat car.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza is a very successful compact SUV mainly because of the Suzuki dealer network and the upright styling of the car. However, Brezza falls behind its competitors when it come to powertrain options and the only powertrain on offer is also  very sluggish to respond. The car is also getting a little old and falls behind in the features race with the competition offer much more than what Brezza offers.

The Victoris is a very well-rounded mid-size SUV from Maruti Suzuki. It offers good value with a very competitive price. Though it comes with a strong Hybrid powertrain, all other powertrain options are lacking for the car and its size. It is a huge step up when compared to the Grand Vitara.
